Book your clinic token on WhatsApp
If your clinic uses Glide, you book on WhatsApp and wait at home. There is no app to install.
How to book
- Scan the QR poster at your clinic with your phone camera, or tap the link the clinic sent you. WhatsApp opens with a message ready; send it.
- Choose your language.
- Tell us your name, your age and why you are coming, in your own words.
- Glide finds the doctor who can see you soonest for that reason. Want a particular doctor? Just say so.
- Tap Confirm. You get a token number and the time you are expected to be seen.
It takes about 30 seconds. Nothing is booked until you tap Confirm.
While you wait
Your booking message has a live link that shows your place in the queue. WhatsApp tells you when you are 3 away, and again when it is your turn, so you can wait at home and walk in on time.
If the doctor is running late or plans change, you get the new time on WhatsApp. Reply “status” at any time to see where you are.
Another day, or a change of plan
You can book for a later day. If that day is full, you can ask to join the waiting list, and the clinic tells you on WhatsApp once they decide.
Cannot come? Reply “cancel” and confirm, so someone else can take your place.
Your language
Glide talks with you in English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu.
In an emergency
Glide only books tokens. It never gives medical advice. If it may be an emergency, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital emergency now. Do not wait for a token.
Your details
Your clinic sees the details you give, to look after you. Read the privacy page for how they are kept.
