About Glide for clinics

Glide gives a clinic a token queue that runs on WhatsApp. Patients book a token on WhatsApp. They get a live link to their place in the queue, and a WhatsApp message when it is their turn. They wait at home, not in a crowded waiting room.

Small and neighbourhood clinics in India: one doctor or many, one clinic or more. Reception, doctors and the owner each get their own screen.

• The clinic puts up one QR poster. Patients scan it and send one WhatsApp message.
• Glide asks the reason for the visit and books the right doctor. The patient confirms.
• Reception runs the day from a web console: today's queue, walk-ins, a waiting list, doctor timings and leave.
• Wait times are learned per doctor, so the expected time stays honest and doctors finish on time.
• Patients need no app. Clinics need no WhatsApp Business account of their own.

Patients book in English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Telugu. Each patient picks theirs in the chat.

Free while we pilot. After that, a flat monthly fee per clinic, not a charge per patient.
